Timeless Acquisitions coordinates all delivery and installation logistics for newly acquired works. While members cover any required travel expenses, installation services are provided at no additional cost — ensuring your pieces arrive safely and are professionally placed with care and precision.

A bi-weekly strategy call to refine your collecting vision. This will help us determine what artists & styles you're looking for, available spaces in your home & budget for your next purchase. 

Auction Representation

Collector Members receive up to two U.S.-based auction representations per year, where a Timeless Acquisitions advisor will bid on your behalf. Representation must be scheduled in advance, as availability is limited and prioritized on a first-come basis. All related travel expenses are covered by the member.

COA Archive

We will manage a secure & personal archive of all your existing and newly acquired COA's.

Art Events & Viewings

Collector Members are invited to exclusive private viewings, gallery previews, and curated artist dinners hosted throughout the year. While all members enjoy access to these experiences, Advisor Members receive priority for intimate or limited-capacity events, ensuring first access to the most sought-after gatherings in the art world.
